Omega Horizontal Double Suction Pump

Its diversity is reflected in the extensive hydraulic dimensions and material choices, shaft seal types (packing seal or mechanical seal), installation configurations (vertical or horizontal mounting), and various flange standard options (DIN, ISO, BS, or ASME). The symmetrical design allows the motor to be installed on either the left or right side of the pump without requiring additional components or modifications to the pump casing. Omega pumps are used for pumping raw water, clean water, seawater, and other media. The maximum flow rate of the pump can reach 2800 m³/h, with a head of up to 170m.

2: Easy maintenance
The self-aligning upper casing, assembled with elastic pre-stress, simplifies the installation of the impeller rotor. During maintenance, the hex bolts of the upper casing are completely removed from the pump casing, allowing easy cleaning of the split flange surface and the interior of the pump body.
3: Minimal maintenance costs
A robust bearing bracket, a short and rigid pump shaft, and pre-stressed bearings ensure low vibration and minimal wear, maximizing the service life of mechanical seals, bearings, and couplings. Corrosion and wear-resistant materials extend the lifespan of shaft sleeves, impeller wear rings, casing wear rings, and the impeller itself.
